Holly Wells, PT, DPT, OCS, COMT, PRPC, PCES

Founder, Physical Therapist

Holly Wells earned her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 2004 and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Neumann University in 2013.

After noticing a lack of guidance for pregnant and postpartum women with her first child, Holly became an advocate for pelvic physical therapy and integrating this specialty into her orthopedic background.  She is passionate about providing personalized physical therapy for both orthopedic and pelvic conditions to all.

She has worked in acute care, outpatient and home health settings; and Forever Strong’s outpatient-based care brought to directly to the client at home, is a natural evolution in her practice.

Outside of work, Holly enjoys time spent outdoors and staying active, cold plunging, playing golf, Peloton classes, and traveling with her husband Sean and their two sons.

Holly is a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist (OCS) by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties since 2015. A Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) by the Ola Grimsby Institute since 2015. Holly has also completed education as a Pregnancy/Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES) with Sarah Duvall. Holly also holds the title of Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC) with Herman and Wallace Rehab Institute since 2024.

Additional training Holly has completed includes Level 1 Certified Running Gait Analyst with ACE Running; education with David Grey Rehab and Empowered Performance with Katie Stuart St. Clair. She has also completed numerous pelvic floor specific courses with the Herman and Wallace Rehabilitation Institute, including the complete pelvic floor series.

Holly enjoys utilizing a holistic approach to human movement; incorporating respiratory mechanics, hands-on manual treatment including gua sha and soft tissue mobilization tools, cupping, taping and full body functional movements.

Sean Wells, PT, DPT, GCS

Founder, Physical Therapist

Sean Wells earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Delaware in 2006 and his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Neumann University in 2013.

Sean is a Board Certified Geriatric Specialist (GCS) by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties since 2023.

He has over a decade of experience working in the home health setting and helping clients achieve their rehabilitation and wellness goals.  Sean has worked with a vast array of diagnoses during his PT career.  He has assisted hundreds of clients recover from surgeries including joint replacement, spinal and cardiac surgeries, organ transplants, and traumatic orthopedic injuries.

Sean also has extensive experience working with neuromuscular conditions such as Parkinson’s, MS, ALS and post-stroke impairments.  He has helped countless clients that have experienced significant deconditioning and atrophy from extended hospital stays. 

Sean is steadfast is his focus to provide the most compassionate, professional and optimized care to help his clients heal to their fullest potential.  He is passionate about promoting fitness across the lifespan which led him to specialize in geriatric wellness. His treatment philosophy incorporates a holistic approach, including carefully analyzing his client’s current fitness level and body mechanics, home and workplace environment, daily nutritional routines, recovery strategies and personal support systems/relationships.

“Treat everyone like family” is Sean’s mantra when it comes to providing care for his clients.

Outside of work, Sean is an avid golfer, and enjoys time spent with his two boys and his wife. Sean practices what he teaches, staying mobile and fit with running, weight lifting, time spent outdoors.
